What Do You See #5

mountains.jpg

Okay … I know it’s been a while, but I don’t want you guys to get too badly out of practice! Click for a full sized version.

Remember - the trick is to not try too hard! Don’t try to see something in the picture … just let your eyes unfocus as you look in the center of the picture … and let everyone know what you see!

I know you can do it … >;o)

(I promise that it’s not X-rated! *innocent blink*)

  1. It's me, T.J. UNITED STATES Windows 98 Internet Explorer 6.0 Says:

    Moof!

You know I can’t do these!

I always see the individual pictures and can’t seem to get past that!

  2. Cathy UNITED STATES Windows XP Mozilla Firefox 1.5.0.10 Says:

Nope, I can’t see it Moof. What I want to know is what does it mean when you absolutely cannot see these? Just like TJ, I can see what you posted, but there just isn’t any picture in all that.

  3. Moof Windows XP Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.2 Says:

TJ and Cathy … you’re both trying way too hard! Kick back a bit, let your eyes unfocus, and stare at the picture without trying to “see” it. Some people can see stereograms when they cross their eyes.

I’ll try to find a stereogram that outlines the hidden picture … and if I can find one, I’ll post it.

Once you see a picture in a stereogram, it’s like riding a bike - you can always do it again. It’s just that first time …

  4. ipanema BRUNEI DARUSSALAM Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0 Says:

ah, I’m joining Cathy & TJ on this. I’ve tried crossing my eyes, still no effect. Am poor in doing this. :)

  5. #1 Dinosaur UNITED STATES Windows XP Mozilla Firefox 1.5.0.11 Says:

    cup and saucer

  6. Moof Windows XP Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.2 Says:

Ipanema … I’m going to post a couple of graphics that should help all of you who are stereographically challenged … ;o)

Dr. Dino! Good to see you! And yes, you’re quite right! Ipanema, Cathy and TJ are just trying too hard … :o)

  7. oncRN UNITED STATES Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0 Says:

i love these things! cup and saucer - it’s definitely a technique, like you said, then it’s easy.

  8. Pattie UNITED STATES Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0 Says:

Looks like a cup of coffee and a saucer….I hope it’s caffeinated! Sure could use that this morning
    :)

  9. Abby UNITED STATES Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0 Says:

is it a mountain? the pop-up text that says “mountain.jpg” right before you click on th pic sort of gave it away.

  10. ipanema BRUNEI DARUSSALAM Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0 Says:

Thanks Moof. We sound like people with ’special needs’ lol. :)

    Oh if it’s a mountain I saw that. :)

  11. rdl Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0 Says:

That’s cool. is it just a mountain? i can’t get the whole pic up at once when i enlarge. but i keep thinkin i see eyes at the top?? when do you tell i us?

  12. Moof Windows XP Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.3 Says:

oncRN and Pattie have it on the nose! (And YES! It’s caffeinated! ;o)

The mountain is only the picture they layered on top of it … it’s not a picture of a mountain!

Guys … there’s a HUGE cup and saucer … takes up almost the picture.

Putting up another post with a Stereoscopic lesson for my - what was it Ipanema said? - oh yeah, now I remember: “special needs” friends! >;o)

  13. difficultpt UNITED STATES Windows Vista Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.3 Says:

Just call me “special needs” . . . Even knowing what I’m supposed to see doesn’t help! I tried crossing my eyes and everything. *sigh*

  14. difficultpt UNITED STATES Windows Vista Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.3 Says:

I should have read the other post first! I saw it–there’s hope for me yet!
