Cafe Press Shop

Well, I did it. I spent the day setting up a Cafe Press shop for the blog. I only have a couple of designs in there so far, but I’m willing to put anything anyone sends me on anything in the shop for no extra charge. Also … I’m going to create more designs as times goes on.
I’ve made a page for close up details of the designs and colors that I have in there so far. It will be reachable from the Shop page button just below my header, and also from the shop itself.
Those of you who are interested in having your own Cafe Press shop should know that you can run one for free. If you do decide to open a shop, and it’s because you heard about it here, please let them know that I referred you, by clicking here: Start your own shop! … or by letting them know when you create your shop that I referred you. They’ll want my email and store ID … moof (at) blogsplot (dot) net and the ID is bloggedup.
Thank you kindly! :o)

I didn’t know you were such the entrepeneur! Very creative. Looks like a great start to the blog shop. Maybe we can have the next BA meeting there…

Wow…
A really neat idea!

Sarah, thank you, Honey. I don’t know why I waiting so long to convert the darn thing …

Thanks Wolfbaby! :o)

Dr. Anon … I’m not really an entrepreneur. The shop was sitting there, fallow, and I was paying for it. I decided to convert into something that might actually help it support itself …
We’ll see … ;o)
If we have the next meeting there, I’ll provide fresh pie and coffee!

TJ, I’m hoping that it does end up being a “neat idea.” Time will tell!
HUGS!

moof, this is so awesome! i had no idea such things were possible in blog land. may i call you obi-one?
July 1st, 2006 at 11:34 pm
Obi one? That sounds like a Star Wars character. I’m sorry, I never did watch Star Wars … believe it or not, so I’m not sure exactly what the reference means.
I watched all of the older Trekkie stuff (the original and TNG,) but that’s it.
Those “things” … such as shops … are possible, for free, for anyone who feels like playing with them. They’re actually a lot of fun! :o)
Now I’m going to have to look up Obi One … *LOL* :o)

Oh Moof, after a long day of wondering around with my sister, I wandered a little more and came across this that you are doing. Moof, do you EVER rest? Now, I am going to go check all this out before I go to bed. What a neat idea!

Where do you find the time Moof!!
I half remembered something that I wanted to share with you sometime ago, re. your eagerness to talk and help.
I found it today…
a poem by Robert Frost titled ‘A Time to Talk’

Cathy … rest? Eh what? ;o)
There are three posts that I’m just dying to do, but I haven’t got a spare minute to do them in. I’m up in Bangor visiting with my son and daughter in law … and my blogging time is going to be hard to come by. I can feel the blogaholic shakes starting already! ;o)

Kt … you’re just too kinf! All I’m doing is indulging myself in things I really enjoy. :o)
I think I’d better watch Star Wars at least once, eh? *LOL*

Scan Man, when I got on this morning, before I had to shut everything down to make the trip up here … I saw the comment you left for me, and I almost cried. You are so sweet!
Robert Frost has always been one of my favorites. He had a farm right here in Derry, NH … about 40 minutes away, before he moved to England. His poetry is all about the things that matter the most … and I often think of his verses when I’m in the garden, or out in the woods.
Thank you, my dear friend. {{{ hugs! }}}

How do you have time to do all this? You are like the Energizer bunny! Student? Grandmother? Addicted Blogger…now savvy business woman? You are a true inspiration. I wish you much luck with your new venture. :)

Pattie! The energizer bunny! *LOL* That cracked me up! If anything, I’m more like a “never-ready battery!” ;o)
The Cafe Press shop is just for fun - it used to have a different theme completely, and I changed it over to blogging since it was just sitting there.
How are you getting settled in?
