Grand Rounds Vol. 2, No. 36
Dr. Schwimmer of Kidney Notes is hosting Grand Rounds this week, and he’s done a superb job of putting it all together. The list of included posts seems to go on forever! The fellows who do Grand Rounds must not get much sleep on the Monday night before they put it up for our perusal.
