Alex: Not that he created them all the SAME… as in, ‘they are all similar’… But that, all the same, he has created them.
Eric: I understand, and I admit to misinterpretation.
Alex: Fantastic!
Eric: And in that God has created them, on that common fact alone, it is unjust to kill others. I agree with this.
Alex: Wonderful, wonderful. You are one of the few people that cause me to feel slightly wary upon beginning a philosophical and political discussion.
Alex: Agreements are beautiful.
Eric: Well said.
Eric: But yet, now that we have established God into our universe, we must ask the following question. What makes us think that God doesn’t want us to kill people?
An absolute must read over on Eric’s Blog: Clubis.
Lots of room for an interesting and lively discussion - from the existence of God … through capital punishment … abortion … and eugenics!
I think that perhaps our friend Eric has a real sense of his readers’ “soft underbelly!”

Moof,
I wanted to let you know about a correction on my post. New Hampshire is only considering changing the motto on their welcome signs, not actually changing the motto. I guess its not “welcoming enough” ;)

Hi Moof,
Very insightful discussion between those two young men. I enjoyed it immensely. Thanks for the link!

Hey Pattie! Yes, it certainly is. I was impressed
You’d have to know Eric, I think … he’s tall enough to give me a stiff neck when I talk to him, has a disarming smile, and for all the world, seems like any exceptionally well raised, young fellow. Polite, deferential, well spoken …
You look at him and think: “Geeze! What a great kid!” … but now, getting to read some of this stuff, I think he’s more than just a “well raised,” intelligent kid - he’ll do something with his life, if he decides that he wants to.
Hopefully his younger brother (next younger brother, he’s got 4 brothers and a sister,) Greg will eventually decide to join the blogosphere, too. :)
